Cédric Raucy has been CEO of the Amaneos Group since October 2025 and CEO of MoldTecs since December 2023. He has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry and has held several senior executive positions within international industrial groups, notably at Eaton, where he led activities related to vehicle electrification and energy management.
Building on this experience, Cédric Raucy aims to strengthen the position of LMS as a key partner for the automotive industry by supporting the company’s transformation while driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
He holds an engineering degree and an Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School and Mannheim Business School.

Jürgen is an experienced finance manager with a strong background in financial management and leadership, transformation, and performance management within international industrial groups, particularly in the automotive sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Innovation Management, and Entrepreneurship. He is the CFO of Amaneos Exterior & Powertrain (LMS & MoldTecs Group) and previously served as CFO and a member of the Management Board at Megatech Industries AG.
Earlier in his career, Jürgen gained first-class consulting experience in M&A, restructuring, and transaction services at international consulting firms, supporting companies in complex transformation and transaction projects.

Dr. Wolfgang Lichtenwalder has been working in the area of international supply and contractual relationships for more than 30 years.
As a trained lawyer specializing in international business law and restructuring, he has many years of experience in management, administrative and supervisory mandates for several automotive suppliers in Germany, Italy, France and Spain, as well as the management of other industrial companies across Europe.

Daniel Lozano

Daniel Lozano has been the Chief Operating Officer since January 2022 of LMS. Prior to this role, he spent around 3 years as Managing Director at Magna Exteriors Group. Prior to that, he also gained experience in various other leadership positions at Magna. With more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Daniel can optimally contribute his operational know-how and leadership skills to LMS.
He is primarily responsible for the operational business and further business development. The aim is to ensure the production excellence and growth of the company in the long term.
