Among other things, we use individual, partly automated assembly devices, punching and ultrasonic welding systems, fully automated gluing stations, hot stamping machines, electric monorail systems, RFID tags and pick-to-light methodology as well as driverless transport systems.
At every step, it is important for us to work sustainably. That’s why we use environmentally friendly, CO2-saving, paperless component labeling, among other methods.
From installing small modules to complete system solutions
The services of LMS are based on the needs of our customers: We offer both customized solutions for small assemblies and the assembly of complete system solutions.
Our core competencies in the exterior include front, rear, exterior and roof systems. This includes, for example, bumpers, side panels and spoilers.

We keep analyzing – and optimizing
Fully automated and in-process inspection stations, equipped with the latest robot and camera technology, support our experienced staff in quality analysis.
At LMS, systematic recording and visualization of the processes by means of a transparent production data acquisition system form the basis for effective production control and subsequent quality inspections.
With the help of these continuous quality controls, we have set ourselves the goal of becoming better and better every day. This is the cornerstone of our continuous improvement process.

In addition, it is the task of our Industrial Engineering Team to keep an eye on our competitive position with benchmark analyses and to identify successful best practice examples time and again.

But also in terms of sustainable and innovative management – for example, when we consistently use paperless labeling of components by means of state-of-the-art 3D inkjet printing technology.
