State-of-the-art: first-class painting processes
LMS relies on state-of-the-art and contemporary technologies for its painting processes. We use painting systems and applications from leading suppliers, such as Eisenmann, and b+m surface systems.
For example, electrostatic high-rotation atomizers ensure perfect, high-quality surface finishing. And to distribute the paints used efficiently and flexibly, we use a ring line system.

Our services
Around 150 colors and lots of flexibility – depending on requirements
The LMS portfolio includes the entire color spectrum of internationally renowned automotive manufacturers. We use around 150 standard colors as well as high-gloss, matt and clearcoat systems. Our services include both simple primer build-up and up to 5-layer systems.
We paint components for our customers in almost all sizes and shapes: Starting from bumpers to radiator grilles or smaller add-on parts. We are also happy to offer individual paint jobs – depending on the projects and ideas our customers approach us with.
Latest analysis methods guarantee the highest quality
LMS always follows the individual specifications and standards of its customers. In order to offer maximum quality and guarantee a uniform overall appearance, we paint the majority of all add-on parts directly “in-house”.
All our processes are subject to the highest requirements. To this end, we rely on the latest analysis methods. For example, the SprayVision control system in all our paint shops ensures exact color matching of the painted parts around the clock. In addition, we regularly test the results in the laboratory. Here, for example, we use coating thickness measurements, water and heat storage, climate and temperature changes, gloss measurements, colorimetric recording, micro-wave scans, stone chip and ball drop tests, and annealing residue determinations.
In our light studio, we also perform visual color evaluation and test components for strength, elongation, and toughness properties. These processes set the highest standards from which our customers benefit.

Standardized controls – efficient and sustainable
LMS uses SprayVision in all its paint shops, a system for standardized application control. We use spray image scanning to create static and dynamic spray images. These can then be compared with a previously defined optimum – to quickly and easily identify weak points and optimize the process.
In general, we attach great importance to making our processes efficient at every step. This also helps us to conserve resources and make a contribution to sustainability.
