Embossing combines our many years of know-how with the latest state-of-the-art technology. We transfer the decor to the molded plastic parts using a fully automatic, heatable embossing stamp.
What the component looks like later depends on how the stamp is designed. All of the LMS’ embossings produce a raised, convincing structure. It is ideally suited for any decorations.

With its unique hot stamping process, LMS coats bumper strips and radiator grilles, among other things, at its site in Idar-Oberstein, Rhineland-Palatinate. In general, it is possible to finish products in various shapes. In addition, the embossing of the foil can be flexibly adapted at any time.
This means we can quickly implement new ideas for motives from our customers. The process also creates exciting effects and contrasts. Whether our customers opt for a matte or a glossy surface: The individual embossing gives the products a consistently high-quality look.
