Light Mobility Solutions GmbH (LMS) is a global supplier of exterior parts for the automotive industry, supplying all leading European OEMs with a comprehensive product portfolio ranging from complete bumper systems to radiator grilles, sill and side panels, spoilers and other exterior trim parts.
LMS has already established itself in the European automotive market as a well-known supplier that delivers “Just-In-Time” or “Just-In-Sequence” directly to the OEMs’ assembly lines and uses state-of-the-art technologies in all areas – injection molding, chrome plating, painting, hot stamping, assembly, logistics, engineering and testing.

Our history
Injection molding
Our state-of-the-art injection molding machines with a clamping force of up to 4,000t can produce top quality molded parts weighing as much as 9kg.
Chrome plating
We refine components with a layer of chrome – this enhances the feel of the product on the one hand and also increases corrosion resistance on the other.
Painting
Our painting systems are state of the art and can paint components in almost any color with consistently high quality.
Hot stamping
Thanks to highly automated embossing processes, a unique surface finish is created for both flat and raised structures.
Assembly
Our qualified employees use their know-how and state-of-the-art technologies to efficiently assemble both small components and entire systems.
JIT - JIS Logistics
With Just-In-Time and Just-In-Sequence, we offer our customers a logistics solution that is optimally tailored to their needs, reliable and flexibly adaptable.
Development & Engineering
Our experienced engineers support our customers throughout the entire process and accompany them from prototype development to optimizations of a product ready for series production.
Testing
Our capabilities allow products to be fully supported in all common testing protocols and approval processes, such as PPAP, and to meet all standards.
